Arnel "aki" sator, M.S., P.T.A.
President & Lead Exercise Physiologist
Arnel Sator, MS, BS, PTA has an extensive background focused in physical health, kinesiology and exercise physiology and is a former US Olympic athlete. In high school he excelled quickly in water polo and swimming and made it on to the United States National Water Polo team and to the US Olympic swimming trials.
From there he continued his education and sports with a full ride scholarship to Pepperdine University. A few years after Pepperdine he discovered his passion for physical sciences and decide to incorporate his passion for sports into his education and studied Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University. After graduation from Loma Linda University in 2014 he focused on physical health, functional therapy and human biomechanics and returned to California Baptist University for his Masters in Science – Kinesiology.
Arnel’s academic internships in rehabilitation hospitals, physical therapy clinics and cardiac rehabilitation programs have allowed him to gain experience with a variety of different diseases and conditions including balance disorders, sarcopenia, stroke, cardiac rehab, diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, cancer, COPD, Parkinson’s and many more.
Arnel strongly believes in the importance of designing personalized rehab programs concentrated on the client’s specific injuries and goals. He enjoys expanding her practical skills and knowledge by constantly learning new treatment methods and techniques to further benefit his clients.
He is passionate and dedicated to changing the health and wellness industry. Arnel is an expert in physical literacy and physical health. There is no substitute for experience and Arnel’s relentless thirst for knowledge and quantifiable proof has allowed him to become a leader in this field.
